A luxurious cooking sauce traditionallt found in Delhi, we have kept this sauce authentic, exactly as it is found in Delhi - perfectly spiced with a hint of cream.

Tomatoes, onions, ghee, vegetable oil, tomato paste, cream, low fat yogurt, water, garlic, ginger, coriander, coconut powder, cumin, chilli powder, tumeric, cardamom, parsley, lemon, salt.
Pan fry 500-600g of meat or vegetables, then add full jar of sauce stirring occasionally. Cover and slow cook until the ingredients are cooked. Add extra water if more sauce is required. Serve with bread or rice.
Once you have opened your sauce, keep it nice and cool in the fridge and finish it off within 3 days.
