Water, coriander, cummin, garlic, ginger, tamarind, tumeric, mustard, chilli, salt, vegetable oil, (rapeseed), mixed spices, acetic acid, citric acid, lactic acid. Colour: (E129, E122).
250/500gm chicken or fish (skinless).
Mix with 2/4 tbspn PASCO TIKKA PASTE
1 tbspn yogurt
2 tbspn butter & marinate for 2 hours and uncovered roast, grill or barbecue until meat is cooked
Serve with naan, salad or rice
Keep in dry and cool conditions. Once opened consume within 1 month before the best before end date. Stir well before use.
