Vegetable oil, coriander, ginger, garlic, cumin, turmeric, salt, chilli, black pepper, acetic acid.
250/500g chicken or fish (skinless). Mix with 2/4 tbspn Pasco Kebab Paste, 1tbspn yogurt, 2tbspn butter and marinade for 2 hours and uncovered roast, grill or barbecue until meat is cooked. Serve with naan, salad or rice.
Keep in dry and cool conditions. Once opened consume within one month before the best before end date.
