Serves: 4

Ingredients:
250g diced lamb
150g basmati rice
50ml water
2 tbsp Pasco Biryani Paste
2 tbsp Pasco Madras Paste

Preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180c/ gas mark 4
  2. Panfry the lamb in oil for 3-5 mins.
  3. Add in the biryani paste & madras paste and stir. Then add the uncooked basmati rice and the waer.
  4. Bring to the boil, then pour into an oven proof dish and cover with a tight fitting lid and place in the oven for 35 mins.
