Quick and easy: 1 cup of washed Basmati rice, add 2 cups of water, add 2 to 3 table spoons of Pasco Green Masala Curry Paste and frozed peas, mix and cover. Cook on low heat until rice is cooked.
Garnish with chopped coriander and lemon, serve with roast chicken slices or prawns.
