A British favourite, this cooking paste has a medium heat that is perfectly balanced out using fresh yoghurt – sourced from local Lancashire farmers.
Vegetable oil, water, tomato puree, coconut flour, coriander, garlic, ginger, salt, sugar, coriander leaves, modified maize starch, acetic acid, mixed spices.
Store in a cool dry place away from sunlight. Once opened consume within 1 month. Stir well before use.
This product contains mustard and sulphates and is manufactured in a facility that processes nuts, tree nuts and dairy. It is important that this product is prepared as directed in the usage instructions and must not be consumed uncooked.

Fry 2 sliced onions until golden brown.
Add 500g meat or vegetables.
Add full jar of paste plus 1 cup of water, simmer until meat is cooked.
Serve with naan bread or rice.
