Potato Salad

Pasco Garam Masala Paste Potato SaladPrep: Less than 30mins

Cooking Time: 20mins

Serves: 4

250g baby new potato
1 ½ tbsp. Pasco Garam Masala Paste
2 tbsp Pasco Raita
1 tspn fresh mint
Lemon juice from half a lemon
Salt and pepper to taste



  1. Slice the potatoes in half & bring to the boil.
  2. Add ¾ tbsp. Pasco Garam Masala Paste to the water & cook until the potatoes are cooked through.
  3. In a separate pan add the remaining Pasco Garam Masala Paste and a tbsp. of water. Place on low heat for 3 mins then remove from heat and cool.
  4. In a bowl mix together the Pasco Raita & the cooled Pasco Garam Masala Paste, water , lemon juice and freah mint. Drain the potatoes & toss in the dressing.
